Thank You for shopping at O & A. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase are eligible for store credit.
Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that they were received in, with all tags attached. We will not accept exchanges/returns on items that have been washed, have an odor, are damaged, have been visibly worn, or are without their original O & A price tags.
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.
**Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any loss will be deducted from any store credit applied to the buyers customer account.
Paint, Stains & Finishes
All sales are final on paint, stains, and finishes.
SHIPPING
When purchasing online, we ship out your items 1-3 business days after purchase. This excludes holidays. We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada.
